The Base Sanita model suit from Isaia Napoli features an extra-slim, tailored fit through the chest and narrow fit across the shoulders. Light, natural shoulders are balanced with a higher button stance and tapered sleeve cuffs. Tailored from a mid-weight wool fabric that can be worn throughout most of the year.
